Mark Emerson Memorial Student Scholarship

Starting in 2014, the ICADD Foundation began awarding one Mark Emerson Memorial Student Scholarship annually to support ICADD two-day registration fee and a $500 stipend. To be eligible, you must be a currently enrolled college or graduate school student with the goal of seeking professional licensure to serve in the substance use disorder field.


Regional Scholarship Application

The ICADD Board is pleased to announce seven regional scholarships for ICADD 2025. These scholarships will be awarded to one person from each region in Idaho. To qualify, you must be a first-time ICADD attendee or have been in the substance use disorder field for less than 3 years.

The Northwest Rural Opioid Technical Assistance Collaborative (NW ROTAC) is happy to provide additional scholarships to ICADD this year, prioritizing tribal members and Idaho professionals who work in rural communities. They will also be present as an exhibitor at the conference, so stop by their booth to learn about the impact they have made in the communities they serve.
