Sponsorship registration for the 40th Annual ICADD has begun!

As a non-profit, we rely on the generosity of sponsors and exhibitors. All sponsors receive acknowledgement on the ICADD website, printed conference program, and signage at the conference. Platinum and Gold sponsors receive a complimentary exhibitor booth with priority placement while Silver and Bronze sponsors receive priority placement with the purchase of an exhibitor booth.

Your company will be listed on the ICADD website indefinitely as a sponsor for the 2025 ICADD conference, inside the 2025 ICADD attendee program, and on-site at the conference. Three months minimum exposure to a wide array of businesses also participating!

SPONSOR ICADD REGIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Sponsor 7 Registration Scholarships: $2,520

Sponsor 6 Travel Stipends ($500 each): $3,000

Each year ICADD offers registration scholarships and travel stipends to one person from each of the seven regions in Idaho. In sponsoring these scholarships, your company will receive recognition in our scholarship applications, on our website, and in our Attendee Prospectus, as well as sponsor recognition in our 2026 printed materials.

Daily keynote, cost per day: $2,500 - $7,000 (Tues/Weds, approximately 400 attendees each day)

Breakout speakers/sessions: $500 - $1,500 (attendance varies)

Logo bags, folders, or notebooks: $2,500+ (depending on your selection)

Name badges and Lanyards: $1,500 (your name and logo on the front of ALL name tags and on badge lanyards)
